Great News for Delhi Citizens, Resident of Delhi those who want their own flats, So the The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) will launch a new housing scheme, ‘Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, With the aim to offer 7,500 flats in Narela, Loknayakpuram, and Siraspur across EWS, LIG, MIG, and HIG categories. All the citizens of Delhi who are under the eligibility criteria can purchase their dream flats by visiting the Official Website. Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025 has launched by the Lieutenant Governor of Delhi. Under this Initiative the booking will start from 12 noon on 12 may.
About Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana
Recently, The DDA Administration has come out with a new housing scheme named Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana on basic on first some first service. Under this initiative Authorities offers 7,500 flats units in Narela and Loknayakpuram this will be third housing scheme this year. The scheme is open to all Indian citizens aged 18 years or above, The residential units are available at 15-20% discounted rates across various categories including EWS, MIG, HIG, Citizens can book on the DDA website after submitting the booking amounts of Rs 50,000 for EWS, Rs 1 lakh for LIG, Rs 4 lakh For Highs Flats. The booing facility will run till 27 August 2025.

DDA Launches Year’s 3rd Housing Scheme
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) on Tuesday introduced its third housing scheme of the year, Apna Ghar Awaas Yojana 2025, offering 7,500 residential units in several areas, including Narela, Loknayakpuram and Siraspur. This would be the third housing scheme to be released by the Delhi Development Authority this years after the Sabka Ghar Awas Yojana and Sharamik Awas Yojana.
