About Talliki Vandanam Scheme
Recently the state government of Andhra Pradesh has launched a welfare scheme named Talliki Vandanam Scheme with the aim of providing financial assistance of INR 15,000 to all mothers of students who are studying in classes 1st to 12th. Under the scheme government provides them financial assistance to pursue their education without worry about their financial condition. The NDA government has announced the ‘Talliki Vandanam’ scheme to provide 15,000 annually to mothers for each school-going child. The amount will be given to their bank account directly. The government has set an alloetment budget of INR 8475 crores for the implementation.

Ap Talliki Vandanam Eligibility List
- The family’s income must not exceed INR 10,000 per month in rural areas and INR 12,000 in urban areas.
- Applicants should possess a Rice Card.
- Land holding should be:
- Less than 3 acres of wetland, or
- Less than 10 acres of dry land, or
- Less than 10 acres combined (wet + dry)
- The monthly electricity use should be less than 300 units (Annually).
- The applicant should not have their own municipal property of 1000 sq. ft.
- The students must be studying in classes 1st to 12th in recognised schools.
- All the orphans and street children across the state registered through voluntary organizations are eligible, subject to departmental confirmation.
- The mother’s bank account must be linked with the Aadhaar Card and NPCI Allow for DBT disbursement.
- Students must maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible.
- Students must are studying in the 1st to 12th class are eligible.
