YEILDA has designed to accommodate industry as a core activity, with the aim to support activities for industrial units. About YEIDA
YEIDA, also known as the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority, is the central governing body responsible for overseeing industrial, commercial, and infrastructural progress throughout the Yamuna Expressway Sectors. Mixed land use refers to the combination of different land uses within a specific area. The plots available under the scheme range from 5 acres to 50 acres. The early phase involves creating the Perspective Plan for the entire designated area and drafting the Master Plan 2031.

Application Processing Fee
- Plot after adjusting registration money within 60 days of issuance of the allotment letter, without interest, 40% of the total premium amount.
- INR 5000 + applicable GST for processing fees of mortgage permission.
Application Process
STEP 1: The applicant must pay ₹25,000 + GST as a non-refundable processing fee via the YEIDA portal or RTGS/NEFT by using a challan from Nivesh Mitra.

STEP 2: The Applicant must pay 10% of the total premium as a refundable registration fee via in the same YEIDA Portal.
STEP 3: After that, you must submit the application and documents on the Website.
STEP 4: After that the authorities will conducting the applications, and incomplete or incorrect applications will be at once rejected.
STEP 5: Complete applications are selected those scoring 65 %+ are called for interview and project presentation.
STEP 6: If you are selected then you have to deposit 40% of the total plot premium amount (after managing registration money) this have to be done within 60 days of the allotment letter.
STEP 7: Or you can, pay the full amount before the last date, So that you registration will not be cancelled.
