There is a new update for the people as the Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority made an announcement about the distribution of apartments in New Delhi and Noida. New rules and regulations will soon be made available about this scheme. It is expected that 477 plots will be made available under the YEIDA Plot Scheme 2025. People of Uttar Pradesh can benefit from the scheme. The YEIDA Plot Scheme was launched on the 30th of June, 2022, and since last year, people have shown interest in buying the plots.
What is YEIDA Residential Plot Scheme 2025
YEIDA enables people of the UP state to buy plots for themselves. At the time of submitting the application through the official website of the Authority, it is necessary for an individual to deposit 10% of the plot’s total cost. Preference will be given to those who will pay the amount at the same time. After that, people who will pay 50% at once and the rest in instalments will be given priority for the allocation of the plot. The least priority will be given to the individuals who decided to pay 30% of the total at once and the remaining 70% in instalments.
