The government of Karnataka has made the self-declaration certificate mandatory to be submitted online every month. Procedure to Download Yuva Nidhi Self Declaration Certificate Form
To download certificate Form please follow the below mentioned steps:
- Visit the Official Website i.e. https://sevasindhuservices.karnataka.gov.in/
- Login to the portal using your Seva Sindhu credentials which includes Email ID/Mobile Number, OTP/Password and type the number provided below.
- Click on Submit button.
- On your dashboard under the “Apply for Services” drop-down select “View All Available Services” option and in the search bar type “Yuva Nidhi”.
- Now from the list select the “Yuva Nidhi Monthly Self Declaration Form”.
- Enter your Aadhar Number and click on it.
- A pop-up window will appear click on “Agree” button to receive the OTP on your registered mobile number.
- Enter the OTP received and click on the “Validate” button.
- Now your name as per your Aadhar Card, your USN or Registration number, Yuva Nidhi Application reference Number and the current month will be automatically displayed.
- Now read the self declaration consent appeared on your screen and accept it by selecting “Yes” option. Enter the Captcha code and click on “Submit” button.
